My Journey
My journey began with a realization that resonates deeply within me: "Accomplishment begins with the decision to try." This simple yet profound insight has guided my life and career. Throughout my journey, I have received invaluable support and guidance from mentors, teachers, and managers who believed in me. It was thanks to their unwavering support that I overcame challenges, and that instilled in me a desire to pay it forward. I want to help others cultivate their dreams and goals. It's this desire to help others, that led me to start Warfield Morrison.
My Passion
I am passionate about helping job seekers and those "stuck" in their careers to reframe and ask questions that lead to their goals being accomplished. In particular, guiding people through their What? Where? Why? How? and When? career questions while providing encouragement, support, assessment, exploration, and real time honest feedback.
My Expertise
I earned my Masters of Business Administration from the School of Business & Industry at Florida A&M University. I have worked over 15+ years in Human Resources in the areas of Career and Leadership Development, Career Transition, and Training. I have coached over 2000 candidates across industries and organizational levels.
What I Do
I coach mid-career professionals who are looking to grow into higher levels of leadership or looking to shift their careers. Through coaching, I help clients overcome obstacles and build their confidence as they go through the ups and downs of development.
